Rob has worked with a number of tech startups since graduating from SU in 2009. He has worked extensively with a broad range of clients in industries ranging from Fortune 150 corporations such as Arrow Electronics, healthcare product manufacturers like Welch-Allyn (now Hil-Rom) and individuals in the music entertainment industry. He has designed brands, websites and more for various consumer brands, tech startups, information security clients and has worked extensively with development teams to create rapid implementation of features and user experience considerations.

I can speak both languages, relating the creative side of things to a technical team and the technical side of things to a creative team. I excel at describing the importance and balance of each to clients in the meeting room.

Creation of motion graphics and video for the demonstration of products, both physical and digital. I can animate a UI design into a conceptual use-case reality for the presentation and unveiling of new products and services.

Understanding clients, users and customers is the guiding light of innovation. I employ a number of analytical and research methods to identify the demographics, needs and habits of the most important people in the equation - the customers.

Through martial arts instructor training, regular attendance at leadership training seminars, and a vested personal interest in personal psychology and leadership dynamics - I am invested and passionate about bringing the best out of a team.
